Plans cover scheduled tune-ups, priority scheduling, repair discounts, and parts & labour coverage depending on your tier. Basic Care includes one annual tune-up and 15% repair discounts. Standard Protection adds $500/yr parts & labour coverage and no service call fees. Premium Shield includes same-day emergency response, $1,500/yr coverage, and 24/7 support.
Yes — there is a 30-day waiting period for repair coverage. This protects against pre-existing condition claims. However, your annual tune-up and priority scheduling benefits are available immediately from day one. Most members book their first tune-up within the first week.
Not at all. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice — no cancellation fees apply. Under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, you also have an absolute right to a full refund within 10 calendar days of enrollment if no services have been rendered.
